well my experiences of sleep apnoea is due to my bad back... hence the reason for purchasing my memory foam mattress... well actually ive had a bad back all my life, bad joints you see, and we bought a memory foam topper for out camper van...

waking up in northern europe i found that the heat retained by the mattress helped my back and i was waking up warm and in little discomfort (my back was at its worse in the morning) hence the topper had helped...

after this we decid3ed to bite the bullit and get a memory foam mattress for out bedroom at home... i work as a builder and so have to get up early and the new mattress has made me able again in the winter months, im not sure if its the heat or if its the way you sink into the foam and it hugs the shape of your body thus making it increadably comfortable...either or they work for muscualr and bad joint/athritus.. well i say its helped tenfould with mine!

i hope your experiences are similar...

Memory foam has several one-of-a-kind qualities and is produced from visco elastic foam. Snoozing on a full memory foam mattress will cause it to conform, or mold, to the individual's body, but it will then return to its original shape, consequently the term memory foam. NASA first produced it nearly 40 years ago, but as manufacturing prices got cheaper it was introduced to the general public in 1991. Since then it has enjoyed an impressive rise in status.
